How to smudge:
- Start outside of your home to light up as a precautionary safety measure for the lavender is easy to set up smoke (if you're a pet parent, your pets may not be a fan of your fire alarm setting off)
- Before lighting up with desired device, send an intention to your spirit, sprites and ancestors and what would you like to clear out.
